Services

Happlo AI provides automated Google Business Profile management and local SEO services for contractors and local service businesses. Our services include but are not limited to daily GBP posting, review management, ranking reports, and AI-driven optimization.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Guarantee

If your phone isn't ringing more from Google within 90 days of starting, we work free until it does. This guarantee is subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Happlo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website.
